• About the site

  • How do I create an account?

    Click on the link that says register and fill in your preferred user name, email address, and password. Push the button and we'll send you an email. Click on the link and you're done. It's as easy as pie, cake, muffins, meatloaf, or whatever you prefer.

  • How long is each product available?

    Because we are a deal a day site, every product has an availability window of 24 hours. Just like the heartwarming tale of Cinderella, when the clock strikes midnight the deal turns into a pumpkin... and by pumpkin we mean another great deal!

  • Who is that thief guy?

    Master Thief is the official mascot of DailySteals. You can thank him for the amazing deals but he probably won't respond because he's just a fictional character.

  • What's the timer?

    The timer acts as a countdown to the availability of the daily deal. If you want to look at it another way, it's the countdown to the next deal. ZING!!!

  • What if I missed the last deal?

    Find a DeLorean and gun it to 88 mph. Past steals are not available for purchase.

  • Can I get emails when new products are available?

    We can totally do that! Just sign up for our daily newsletter!

  • How do I know if an item is in stock or sold out?

    If there's a big green button that says "GET IT NOW" the product is still available. If the button becomes gray the product has sold out!

  • What are your Terms of Service?

    Pretty much the same Terms of Service that everyone else has. DailySteals provides items at a discount to you the consumer. You must be an actual person not pretending to be someone else and not a robot.
    
    You agree that use of the site is at your own risk; we only promise to deliver you the agreed upon item, nothing more. If you follow any links and do things on other sites, we're not responsible but you probably knew that.

  • Do you have a privacy policy?

    You give us the information we need to get you your order and we use that information only to get you your order. That's it. We won't sell your email address to a Nigerian prince and we won't sign you up for anything you didn't ask for. So if you're into Spam, viruses, and other various scams, go to another website, bub.

  • Is there an RSS feed?

    Yes. Please scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the orange box to subscribe.

  • Is there a community? What about social networks?

    Of course! We have a tremendous following on both Facebook and Twitter where we frequently have contests and giveaways. That means free stuff.

  • How do I buy an item?

    Pick your option, if there is one, and click the "Get it Now" button to put it in your cart. Proceed to checkout and your purchase is complete!

  • List Price

    List price, manufacturer's suggested retail price, or our best guess at an item's original ticket price or online "going rate." It's helpful for figuring out how sad your wallet would be if you bought what we're sellin' somewhere else. This price represents an amount you should never pay.

  • Do I need an account to buy an item?

    Yes, you do. It takes 30 seconds and you only have to do it once.

  • How do I pay for my item?

    We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We do NOT accept Monopoly money under ANY circumstances.

  • Is my credit card information safe?

    Safer than Fort Knox. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. Your payment information is transmitted directly to a secure third-party server - you can tell you're on a safe page by the padlock icon that appears on your browser.

  • I can only ship to my billing address. Why is that?

    In short, we're doing our best to nip fraudulent activity in the bud. By only allowing our customers to ship to their billing address, it ensures that a stranger cannot make a purchase using stolen credit card information and send it to their address.

  • What are my shipping options?

    You don't get one! We do promise, however, to ship your item with a reputable shipper. We use UPS, UPS-MI, USPS, and Fedex. We've phased out messenger owls, shipping by osmosis and teleportation is still a work in progress.

  • How fast does it ship?

    Generally, all products are shipped within 6 business days; every once and a while, however, an unforeseen delay may occur. The Heist orders generally ship within 6-10 business days from when the Heist ends.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. On select promotional deals tracking may be unavailable but you will still receive a shipping confirmation email. Also, tracking information can be found in your DailySteals account in the "My Orders" section.

  • Do you ship outside of the US?

    We ship to all U.S. territories but we do not ship internationally. Please tell your pen pal in Belgium that we're very sorry.

  • How many of an item can I buy?

    See the dropdown box for quantity? Click it. That's how many.

  • Can I combine shipping on multiple of the same item?

    In short, no. In long, no you cannot.

  • What is your return policy?

    Because we are a daily deals site, all sales are final. In special situations, i.e. if the product is damaged or defective, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.

    Plain and simple, Daily Steals Heist is a place where we showcase a brand or product line for a set amount of time at an incredible discount. It could be a slew of Logitech products, different brands of tablets, a variety of vacuums, or something completely different!

  • What makes Daily Steals Heist different from Daily Steals?

    While DailySteals features one deal a day in five different categories, Daily Steals Heist features an entire line of products. While the daily deals at Daily Steals are up for just 24 hours, these deals are usually up much longer!

  • When do the deals end?

    Once the Daily Steals Heist deals go up, keep an eye on the clock at the top of the Heist page. Whatever the clock says is how much time you have left. Usually they'll run for 72 hours, but may run shorter or longer depending on availability and how our daily super-secret ping-pong tournament shakes out. (The scoring is really complicated.)
