    • How do I create an account?

      Hi! Welcome to the Internet, you must be new here! Click on the link that says Register, and then fill in your preferred user name, email address, and password. Push the button, and we'll send you an email, you click on the link, and you're done. It's just that simple.

    • When do you put up a new product for sale?

      When the hands of fate overlap at the top of the Sigil of Chronos. Or as the kids these days call it, "Midnight". Every night just before midnight, at 11:59pm eastern time, Master Thief® will carefully tear down the old deal and throw it away so he can clear his mind. A minute later, he will put up a brand new deal for the following day. If you're still awake, it might be worth your while to look at it right away to make sure you get first dibs.

      Master Thief® is the official mascot of Daily Steals®. He has gone straight, leaving his life of crime behind, and bringing you a new Steal of a Deal every day.

    • What's the timer?

      Look, we know your clock isn't set right. You probably set it a few minutes fast to make sure you're not late for work. Or maybe you forgot to change it from Daylight Saving Time. Either way, the timer lets you know exactly how long you have until the current deal disappears. Essentially, it's a countdown to midnight, but if your calculations don't match the timer, trust the timer. Master Thief® is never wrong.

    • What if I missed the last one?

      The early bird gets the worm. The Daily Steals® are only available for a limited time, in a limited quantity. He who hesitates has lost. If you missed the last one, you missed it. Move on with your life, and try to be faster or more decisive next time. You snooze, you lose.

    • Can I get emails when new products are available?

      New products are available every day at midnight eastern time. We're not going to send you an email every day at midnight, because that sounds spammy, and we don't like spam. If you want to email yourself at midnight every day, go right ahead. We won't stop you.

    • How do I know how many of something are left?

      You don't. On the bright side, when there are zero left, we'll tell you that you missed out. Otherwise, don't let the number remaining influence your choice. If you don't want it, don't buy it. If you want it, buy it. And if you see us hinting that only a few are left, buy it FAST.

    • How do I tell how many of something sold?

      You don't. You can tell the only really important thing: Did you get in on the Steal, or did you miss out? If you missed out, no number of other people who got it will change the fact that you were too late.

    • What are your Terms of Service?

      Pretty much the same Terms of Service everyone else has. Daily Steals provides items at discount to you, the consumer. You must be an actual person, not pretending to be someone else, and not a robot. You agree that use of the site is at your own risk; we only promise to deliver you the agreed upon item, nothing more. If you follow any links and do things on other sites, we're totally not responsible. But you probably knew that.

    • Do you have a privacy policy?

      You give us the information we need to get you your order, and we use that information only to get you your order. That's it. We don't sell your email address to Nigeria, we don't sign you up for anything you didn't ask for, and we don't tell your friends that you totally paid less for that Blackberry than you told them.

    • How do I buy an item?

      Well, a great place to start would be by clicking the button marked "Get It Now", but that is just our humble opinion. If you come up with a better way to start a purchase, please! Let us know! After you click the "Get It Now" button make sure that you choose the quantity that you want, and the size and color choice that you want, if applicable.

    • Do I need an account to buy an item?

      Yeah, we have to make sure you exist. But signing up for an account takes all of thirty seconds if you type slowly, so we don't feel too bad about it.

    • How do I pay for my item?

      With modern technology! We accept credit cards and Paypal. This is how the Internet works. We do not accept checks, IOUs, or old baseball cards. (Unless you have an original Honus Wagner in mint condition. Then we'll talk.)

    • What are my shipping options?

      Pretty much, you don't have an option. We get to pick how you are going to receive your package. Generally, we use UPS, UPS-MI, or USPS, but if the moon is blue and we decide that we want to send you your item via messenger pigeon or polka-dotted dragon than that is our decision.

    • How fast does it ship?

      Your order will ship within 6 business days. Sometimes our coffee runs out and it takes us the whole 6, but our caffeine buzz usually helps us get it out sooner. Rest assured, we don't want it; that's why we sold it.

    • Do you ship outside of the US?

      There's an outside of the US? Master Thief® doesn't travel much, and refuses to acknowledge other countries. At the very least, he certainly won't ship to them; international postage is complicated, and we already mentioned his attention span. In short: No.

    • How many of an item can I buy?

      We have an "Amount" drop box for a reason, but if you really must know, ten is usually the most that you can purchase of the same item.

    • Can I combine shipping on multiple of the same item?

      We can't combine it entirely, because some of these suckers are heavy, and three in one box gets a little pricey.

    • What's your return policy?

      Well, each individual case has it's own individual answer. We need to determine whether that Bluetooth that you bought really did turn into a toe nipping yak, or if it was just a figment of you over-active imagination. So if you would just be so kind as to contact Sales with your user ID, order number and the problem that you are experiencing our customer service representatives will be glad to help you out...or give you a full psychiatric evaluation, which ever you need.

    • What if it came totally busted?

      Ah, well that's different. Nobody likes a broken toy, so you should contact the manufacturer and see about getting a replacement. If that doesn't work, please contact Sales with the user ID, order number and transaction ID number, we will then get back to you within 24 - 48 hours.

    • How do I get tech support for a product?

      Contact us at Sales@DailySteals.com and we will send you an RMA form so that you can send it back obviously. Why would we want you to have an item that you won't show the utmost love and care for? It'll lead a happier life on our returns shelf than it would with unloving owners.

      Please just note that, contrary to popular belief, we do NOT read minds or the future. We had no idea that you were going to change your mind and so we sent you the item anyways. In short, until we figure out how to accomplish complete mind control over our customers, we cannot offer to refund the shipping charges because, sorry, it wasn't our fault that we sent it to you.
