Everyone gets pimples at some point. They’re the worst during puberty, but acne can strike at any time. For the most part, it’s a relatively uninteresting and mostly disgusting experience that warrants almost no mention … except for this one time.
I woke up one morning to discover what was undoubtedly the largest zit I had ever seen in my life. Keep in mind I didn’t say it was the largest I’d ever had, but the largest I had ever seen, regardless of who the unfortunate soul was harboring it was.
At that exact moment, after screaming a bunch about my upcoming sure-to-be-a-disaster date, I knew I had something special on my hands … or, well, my neck. I knew that it needed proper documentation and I knew just how to do it. For a few days I took pictures of its evolution until what I decided would be the final day. On the night of my date, I had the girl come to my house and photograph the popping of the zit.
