Gross! What the heck is this?
I spit it out not even a second after I put it in my mouth. What I expected to be a finely aged whiskey was nothing of the sort. Forced to come up with some kind of description, I would say it tasted like someone had just farted into a gasoline-soaked rag and stuffed it into my mouth.
Or it tasted like watered-down whiskey … sometimes I can’t tell the difference.
That’s why when I prepare a glass of whiskey I use the SPARQ USA Soapstone Whiskey Stones. They chill my drink like ice cubes, but they don’t water my drink down like ice cubes.
And they’ll never fart into a gasoline-soaked rag and stuff it into my mouth. They don’t have any of the necessary appendages and organs to do that.

How to Use:
• Keep Cold Drinks Cold:
- Place stones in freezer for 2 hours or more
- When ready, add 3-4 standard size stones per drink and enjoy
- To clean, rinse with warm water
• Keep Hot Drinks Hot:
- Place (2) stones in the microwave for no more than 30 seconds
- Add the stones to your drink and enjoy
- To clean, rinse with warm water
Care:
• NOT recommended for use in a cocktail shaker
• NOT recommended in a delicate wine glass (eg. Ridel)
• Work best in small volume drinks (2-3 ounces)
• Not meant for high volume drinks unless you use a large number of rocks to sufficiently chill your drink
