A dream had finally come true; I was a contestant on my favorite game show, Snails. I’d been watching the show for years and mailed in a letter with my name, address, phone number and age after watching every single episode of the daily show. Now, I was one of those contestants, and I was hoping to win the big prize.
As you probably already know, on Snails you let a snail roam around on the game board for five minutes and you win the prize written on the tile on which it rests at the end. Prizes ranged from a Gan Canyon 13” Flashlight, a new car, and an all-expenses-paid trip to Syria.
I held my breath for the entire five minutes, waiting in anticipation of the snail. As the timer ran out, the snail just crossed the line into Snail Hug.
