Well, he told me to get prepared …
Usually I’m excited about the weekend, but this particular weekend is a different story. Under tremendous pressure and guilt, I have agreed to help my neighbor work on his roof. Without a doubt it’s pretty much the last thing I would want to do, but he’s a huge nag and asked me every day for weeks.

“But it’s the Super Bowl!” I plead to him.

“It’s OK, I’ve got a TV we can set up on the roof and have our own tailgate party!”

Not my idea of a good time, but I had been blowing him off for a while now. I’m angry because I just bought a new Beer Belt to use during the party I planned to attend.

“Don’t forget to bring your tool belt,” he tells me in the morning before we’re about to crank out some work.

“Tool belt?” I ask, slightly confused.

“You know, one of those big belts you put the things you need inside so you have easy access to them.”

“Oh, right! I have one of those …”

I don my Beer Belt, plunge 6 of my favorite beers into the holster pockets and set off for my neighbor’s house.

“Dude … really?” he asks when I arrive. I don’t understand what he means.
