Kendrick stood transfixed on the man that had just give him invaluable advice. It was a normal day at the grocery store for Kendrick, or so he thought. He walked through the aisles slowly, making sure to spot any good deals or sale items he could find. Mangos were on sale, 2 for a dollar, so he bought them all. Customers that wanted just 2 mangos shot dirty looks at him any chance they got for the rest of his time in the store.

He lined up at the deli and took a number, 47, before zoning out and looking aimlessly around the store. He saw colorful vegetables and fruits and people with colorful clothes. The air smelled fresh. Fresh like fresh vegetables, of which he saw plenty.

“47! ...number 47!”

“Oh, right here!”

“What can I get you?”

“How about 1 pou-”

Kendrick was cut off by a strange old man smacking him in the face with his cane. He didn't know what to say, so he just looked at him. Other people, who had seen the old man's attack, also looked at him.

“Make sure you get the one with the BIG TIME Jungle Flavor!” the old man said before launching into an elaborate hypnotic dance. When he was finished, he flew away, using his cane as some kind of witch's broom or something.

Kendrick ordered his pound of peppered turkey and headed for the checkout. When he got home, he still couldn't think of anything but that old man. He got on his Dell GX620 Small Form Factor Computer and Googled “big time jungle flavor” but all that came up was some song by Old Crow Medicine Show, a band he didn't even know. It seems that he would never figure out the meaning; he cried himself to sleep that night.
